I have various clients who require temporary Branch Manager cover. Some of these roles can last for several months, usually to cover for sickness or whilst a Branch Manager is recruited.
Job purpose - Branch Manager with 24-hour responsibility for the business and operational management of the nursing and homecare agency service. To grow the business in terms of hours per week (business activity), margins and overall net profit. To ensure that the service is delivered in accordance with Company Polices and Procedures, Social Service and NHS Contract Specifications and National Care Standards. Branch human resource management including recruitment of care staff. Business growth as budgeted
You need to be very flexible as you will probably need to live in local temporary accommodation. Accommodation and travel expenses are all paid.
